On July 1, 2021, Roach Plumbing & Heating became part of the Regional Water Authority (RWA) family of companies. It operates under RWA Well Services, LLC, a subsidiary of RWA Commercial Enterprises, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the RWA.

Roach Plumbing & Heating remains locally managed and family-run by Operational and Field Manager Sean Roach and Office Coordinator Shannon Yager.
